Due to an internal vacancy, we are seeking a highly motivated experienced PA/administrator to provide a professional, efficient and confidential administrative service to the Clinical Director who will be responsible for all Clinical activity within a number of Integrated Practice Units within the Charity.
The position is offered on a permanent contract and is a part time opportunity – 18.75 hours per week.

Your role with us

You will be required to have an understanding of the Director’s business needs and goals, and be able to produce high quality, professional documents. 
You will be responsible for administrative support to the activities of the Clinical Director and a  key part of the role will be to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders ensuring business needs are fully met.

You will have

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing administrative support to senior stakeholders and be able to work to a high degree of confidentiality.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities are essential.
