We have completed an investment partnership with Bowmark Capital, the leading mid-market private equity firm, and are looking to the next phase of our growth.  To support our ambitious plans and growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to our legal team. 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Commercial contracts – review and negotiation of commercial contracts with predominantly blue-chip clients – NDAs, MSA side letters, SOWs, and supplier contracts; 
  • Stakeholder support – assisting and liaising with internal stakeholders (eg Client Sales, Operations, HR) with a variety of queries/support with legal aspects of internal initiatives; including – legal queries, client due diligence, co sec, data protection, business change. 
  • Legal Operations  – support with our continuous improvement of the legal function – including the management and development of internal trackers and effective project management of legal initiatives.  

Growth and US Expansion – as a fast growing business our requirements are constantly evolving and the ability to adapt and flex sound legal skills in a supportive environment will be a key advantage.   

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced mid-level paralegal (with law degree, completed LPC or legal executive) with 18-24 months+ experience of reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts 
  • A strong work ethic with good communication skills  
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment 
  • An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners in a collaborative team driven environment 
  • A positive and innovative attitude that relishes a challenge and looks to make a real difference is more important to us than anything.
