Part time working 16 hours a week flexible across 4 or 5 days a week


This is a new role that will make the most of your administrative talents – and help us support our employees to transform the lives of people with mental health issues

Your role with us
This is an exciting and challenging role supporting the Director of Transforming care and Head of Community Services - You will support a wide range of activities including scheduling appointments, managing multiple calendars, minute taking, report collation and helping to produce meaningful data about the Community Division. You will also handle telephone enquiries and assist both to attend appointments direct any queries.

Who you are
  • A highly organised, I.T. literate, competent and motivated individual with ability to handle sensitive information and data wholly confidentially.
  • You have great verbal and written communication skills and are very competent in using I.T. systems and programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of being a local team I.T. super user or of using medical records related systems is ideal but not essential
  • You can work autonomously and have experience of managing appointment diaries and workplace calendars for a team of people
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a sensitive clinical environment with medical professionals and employees attending appointments
