Job Description

At Notting Hill Genesis, we're not just fixing things - we're transforming the way we deliver repairs to our 60,000+ homes. We're looking for a Partnerships Officer to join our brand new Contracts & Strategy team to help us make it happen.
As our Partnerships Officer, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting transformation. You'll have the chance to:
  • Identify and partner with repair service providers and suppliers, seeking innovative approaches.
  • Negotiate agreements to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Analyse data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Engage residents in the process, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
Essential
  • Skilled in data analysis (use of Tableau and PowerBI useful)
  • Experience in contract management, project management or similar role
  • Proven experience in partner relationship management; preferably in a repairs environment
Desirable:
  • Experience in formulating specifications, managing schedules of works and technical diagnoses

Notting Hill Genesis is a not-for-profit organisation providing affordable homes for Londoners and it is now one of the largest housing associations in London. We are both a landlord and a developer, with more than 60,000 existing homes and 10,000 more in our pipeline and we employ around 1,500 staff.
This role is hybrid - based in our Hammersmith and Kings Cross offices three days per week and from home two days per week.
