We are looking for a highly organised, efficient and commercially driven administrator or Personal Assistant to provide general administrative assistance and support to the Vice-President Operations.

This role will primarily support the Vice President Operations but will also work closely with other senior managers and the broader operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support to the VP, including diary and email management
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management
  • Travel management (domestic and international)
  • Event and Presentation Management
  • Meeting management, including minute taking
  • Support of the project management office
  • Creating Internal communications and blogs; a good understanding of Social Media is required
  • Collating and compiling information and documents

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing administration support to executive or senior management level.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A strong sense of urgency in undertaking execution of tasks, and an impressive ability to think ahead and be proactive and show initiative.
  • Creative thinking- ability to design creative solutions for internal or external events, presentations, meetings.
  • Outstanding communication skills including verbal, written, presentations, and active listening
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel and Power Point and ideally a knowledge of Google suite of applications
