The primary purpose of this role is to be the global category lead for the contingent labour and recruitment spend category. The spend is concentrated in the UK, USA and Asia (with the UK and US areas being the largest, and India the largest in Asia). You will be expected to build senior relationships with the HR Talent community, understanding in detail their business objectives. In line with these agreed objectives (between sourcing the HR), you will review our current US, UK and Asia programmes and make and implement recommendations to improve quality and drive savings. You will be expected to demonstrate experience of leading US and UK programmes at interview.
You will be working in a global team of procurement professionals, with presence in the UK (London), Germany (Frankfurt), USA (New York), Spain (Madrid), Singapore and India (Bangalore).
The candidate will have extensive experience in a complex, high pressure environment, identifying and leading complex sourcing projects with multiple stakeholders. Candidates who have experience of working within the Financial Services sector could be well suited to this role (but this is not essential). The ideal candidate will be managing or previously managed key US and UK contingent labour programmes.
