Product Manager (Tech)

Job Description

You will use your deep understanding of the Threads business and our customers to identify what is truly valuable, and you will lead your team to deliver the best solution for the desired outcome.

You Will:

• Empathize and build trust with our personal shoppers, with their clients, and with
• stakeholders across the business, and advocate for them in the product development process
• Develop a new platform that enables anyone to become a Threads personal shopper
• Use your understanding of the business and its customers to define valuable products that deliver measurable outcomes
• Work with Engineering and UX to ensure the solution is feasible and usable
• Own the roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to roll it out
• Define user goals and validate results

Requirements

You Have:

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Strategist or Client strategist
• Experience working in a late stage startup
• Knowledge of Agile practices
• Experience challenging and managing pushback from senior leaders
• An appreciation for the value of features, specifying the "why" before the "what" or "how"
• Experience of creating product roadmaps and prioritising features
• A goal to become a product expert
