Job Description

Production Controller (Print)
Fixed Term (12 Months - Covering Secondment)
£28,000 - £32,000

As Production Controller, you will oversee the Print Production workflow and supervise its day-to-day activity. You will have demonstrable experience of both managing internal clients and of managing a wide variety of print projects from initial brief or concept stage, through all stages of production to final delivery or dispatch.

You will be responsible for managing your client relationships and working closely with print and logistics suppliers, mailing houses, downstream access providers and paper merchants, monitoring performance against service level agreements and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

This role offers you the opportunity to take hands-on involvement in large-scale campaigns and high-profile fundraising projects, including Macmillan’s flagship fundraising events.

You will be a skilled relationship manager and will have experience of working collaboratively within a team, using your expertise in print and production matters to offer support and advice to junior members.

In return for your experience and expertise, we offer you a proactive approach to learning and development, as well as excellent benefits including a 34.5 week (with an early finish on Friday), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, generous annual leave, and interest free loans for season ticket and gym membership.

Please submit your application as soon as possible as we reserve the right to change the closing date of our vacancies.

We aim to encourage a culture where people can be themselves and be valued for their strengths so we seek to attract and employ the best people from the widest talent pool, reflecting the diverse nature of our society.

We will support you throughout the recruitment process with any reasonable adjustments required in accordance with the Equality Act. Please contact the Recruitment Team if you require support.
