Your responsibilities will include acting as a focal point of contact for student and applicant enquiries, supporting the orientation processes, and planning and organising a wide range of student activities and committees. You will assist in the co-ordination of MSc assessments and examinations, and help to edit online learning resources, as well as work with external bodies to deliver a week-long overseas trip. You will collaborate with key academic and professional services staff to proactively develop the programme, student experience and learning community.

You should possess relevant administration and customer service (student-facing) experience within higher education. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team, and sound IT skills.

Salary from £30,029 – £34,487 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £37,050 pa inclusive of London allowance
