Macmillan is at a pivotal point in its brand journey and looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of all external Brand Strategy launch activity to ensure it can deliver on its strategic priorities.
The role will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of a fully integrated and optimally timed launch programme for a new brand strategy to ensure this manifests across the full range of Macmillan activity. This may include brand advertising, fundraising events, services marketing, physical environments, digital platforms, policy and influencing, media, corporate partnerships, service interventions as well as the update of branded materials for launch and beyond including updated cancer information, be.Macmillan templates, merchandise, collateral and assets across the organisation.
You will need strong brand or marketing programme management experience, gained as a senior manager in an organisation of similar complexity, with evidence of having made a clear contribution to further its organisational strategy and plans. You will have expert understanding of the delivery of successful complex projects and programmes as well as a knowledge of the creative production process.
You will need to work closely with project owners across the organisation and apply excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build trusted relationships. You’ll be able to represent Macmillan effectively internally and deputise for the Head of Brand and Creative as required.
