This is an exciting time to join Macmillan’s Policy and Impact (P&I) directorate, as we grow our programme and project management capability to deliver better outcomes for people living with cancer.
As project manager, you will coordinate the delivery of projects focused on ensuring Macmillan can deliver on our strategic priorities. You will be deployed flexibly across Macmillan’s directorates in line with organisational and directorate priorities, managing stand alone projects, and projects within complex, cross-directorate and organisational programmes of work including change programmes.
An experienced practitioner, you will employ the Macmillan project and programme lifecycle processes and manage deployment of dedicated project resources. In some cases you will manage the work of project and programme officers, either in a line management capacity or in a matrix arrangement.
