We have a great opportunity to join the Register Completion team as a Public Sector Engagement Manager.

Job Description

This role is crucial to the achievement of the key milestone within HM Land Registry’s Comprehensive Registration Strategy relating to the registration of Public Sector landholdings by the end of 2025. You will be responsible for developing strong working relationships within the public sector, assessing needs and ensuring interest and commitment into delivery activity. As a secondary role, you will also contribute to the development of enabling policies, legislative and other, that will result in the completion of the register by the end of 2030.

As part of the Comprehensive Registration Strategy Team you will provide clear and visible leadership to actively promote HM Land Registry’s purpose, vision and values, ensuring staff are fully motivated in their work and exhibit the behaviours which enhance their own work experience. You will act as an advocate for the public sector land registration programme across Operations Leadership team and the wider Business

We have a great opportunity to join the Register Completion team as a Public Sector Engagement Manager. In this role you will have responsibility for engaging with public sector bodies, either directly or through representative groups, to assess their land registration requirements and develop a shared scheduled plan that will enable registration of their landholdings. In this role you will need to be skilled in overcoming obstacles and focussed on achieving successful timely resolutions to ensure the programme remains on track. You will provide support to your colleagues and work closely with them as part of a growing team.
