The Recovery College is a new initiative offered to patients, carers and staff which will provide self-management and wellbeing-focussed courses that build hope and help improve lives.
You will play an important role in supporting the set-up and day-to-day running of the Recovery College, providing administrative support to the Recovery College Lead and Recovery College Trainers.
You will have the exciting opportunity to use your creativity and attention to detail to design and distribute high-quality materials, communications and marketing collateral to promote the Recovery College to patients, carers and staff.
As the co-ordinator you will be responsible for the enrolment process at the college; from receiving applications through to sending welcome packs to students before courses begin. You will be expected to collaborate with wards to ensure a smooth and transparent enrolment process and to set up and maintain a database of enrolled students to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of attendance.
With a focus on achieving the best outcomes for students, you will be responsible for sending, collecting and collating course feedback forms to inform the design and improvement of courses.
You will be confident working independently to a high standard of accuracy, and be excited by the opportunity to develop this role into your own. Your creativity and strong MS Office skills will be essential to the success of the role and the students’ experience of the college.
We’re looking for someone with dedicated time management skills, able to juggle multiple responsibilities. You will be comfortable working without strict processes and procedures and be expected to establish your own. You will be driven to providing excellent customer service to our students and your colleagues.
