The Recruitment Administrator will work with all members of the talent acquisition team, providing support with recruitment administration for brands across Live Nation Entertainment. You’ll join a welcoming and high performing team!

Job Description

Key aspects of the role include to:

  • Assist the talent acquisition advisors with providing admin support for all recruitment campaigns
  • Advertise vacancies on internal and external online resources using the ATS system (MUA), job boards and social media channels
  • Provide ongoing maintenance/updates when required to adverts
  • Supporting advisors and line managers with CV screening
  • Support line managers with organising interviews and rejecting candidates
  • Coordinate content on social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook)
  • Set up video interviews and employee benefit profiles
  • Close adverts on the ATS system (MUA) and work with line managers to respond to all candidates
  • Coordinate job offers with talent advisors and hiring managers
  • Create and update talent pools of candidates
  • Produce monthly targeted communications to contact candidate databases to boost applications and retain interest in Live Nation Entertainment  
  • Support the LNE business at networking/recruitment events Search for external candidates using Boolean search techniques and then engage with suitable candidates. Coordinate direct candidates
  • Assist with monthly reporting and metrics involving talent acquisition
  • Consistently operating as a Brand Ambassador for Live Nation Entertainment  
  • Follow ATS system (MUA) best practice guidelines regarding process and usage
  • Deliver any duties and adhoc projects as instructed by Talent & Recruitment Manager


Job Requirements - Skills / Knowledge / Experience


  • Proven experience in a recruitment coordinator/administration role (in-house or agency)
  • Ability to effectively utilise social media channels for recruitment through the core social channels LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  • Proven experience of using recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or databases
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative to get tasks completed
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work with instructions from multiple stakeholders and to meet deadlines
  • Availability to support at onsite and offsite recruitment events, occasionally during evenings  
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great team working skills 


  • Experience of working with Workday and video interviewing technologies
  • Experience of direct sourcing candidates, Boolean searching, using external job boards and searching CV databases
  • Previous experience or knowledge of IT /technology industry
