The Research Coordinator will support aspects of the research and development projects related to the publication of psychometric tests for the Australian and New Zealand industry of Pearson Clinical Assessment. These projects include cultural/language test adaptation, test standardisation, norm development, test development, participant and site recruitment and coordination, equivalency and validation research, digital development, ethics applications, literature reviews, as well as various administrative tasks related to the research and development process.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and performing activities related to the recruitment of research participants and research sites and reporting on progress
  • Supporting recruitment as required and maintaining up-to-date stakeholder communication
  • Ethics submission writing, editing and proof-reading manuscripts and reports.
  • Providing project administrative support as required
  • Adhering to research processes and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum fourth year University qualification in psychology or related allied health field is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in providing fieldwork support to research projects
  • Proactive, problem solving approach
  • Demonstrated experience in providing independent coordination of research fieldwork is preferred but not essential
