Supporting the directors with the day-to-day aspects of corporate and personal cases, developing the Restructuring service line within Mazars through the delivery of high quality services within our client base.
The role will involve control of principally corporate insolvency cases; realising assets, producing the necessary reports for banks and creditors, preparing CDDA returns and investigation reports, drafting statement of affairs and reports, updating IPS and attending to compliance, dealing with creditor enquiries and maintaining records.
Ideally you will be CPI-qualified and you must have experience in managing corporate insolvency cases.
Ability to identify issues through sound analysis and application of commercial acumen
Holds up to date knowledge of appropriate restructuring services case law and legislation
Ability to express ideas with authority and conviction through verbal and written communication
Desire and commitment to help grow and develop the department through networking internally and externally
