The role will primarily focus on job evaluation and benchmarking, to support Macmillan Cancer Support being recognised as an employer of choice.
You will be a strong communicator with a hands-on approach to delivering a first-class service to our customers. This is a real opportunity to further develop your existing reward skills, gained either as a reward specialist, or as a HR generalist in a position with a reward focus. You will gain exposure to a variety of different business areas, as a key member of the HR department.
