As Macmillan's Reward Manager you will lead the delivery of Macmillan’s Reward Strategy to support the recruitment, retention, development and recognition of our employees and ensure a reward framework that is aligned with Macmillan’s values and behaviours, engages our employees and enables us to be recognised as an employer of choice.
It goes without saying that your technical HR and communication skills must be top-notch. But more than that, this challenging and high profile role demands that you be highly credible as an HR professional with a track record that demonstrates strong customer focus and the ability to develop highly productive working relationships at all levels of our organisation. We are seeking evidence of a good understanding of HR and change practices gained in a progressive organisation.
Your ability to partner with key stakeholders and maximise the contribution of the HR function will help Macmillan to be more effective. You will lead a Reward Advisor and work closely with our HR Services team, HR Business Partners and Learning & Organisational Development Consultants, as well as colleagues in Finance and Payroll, Legal and Audit, Procurement and Facilities.
