Global Supply Chain Function
The mission of the Global Supply Chain function is to deliver
competitive advantage through excellent customer experience while
leveraging scale and cost efficiency. This mission is to be realised
through five pillars of expertise:
●Warehousing & Distribution
●Sales & Operations Planning
●Direct Procurement (Manufacturing and Production)
●Performance and Innovation
●Global Supply Chain Processes & Design
The Governance and compliance analyst’s role is to manage the S&OP
process end to end. Key to this role is to ensure that the S&OP process
is executed monthly, driving route cause analysis to ensure all
processes are continually improving, act as a conduit from Markets into
pillar for issues to be resolved.
●Manage the S&OP calendar and all activities within it
●Act as business liaison into technology for any System issues in
Logilty that are impacting business processes
●Ensure that the final consensus demand plan is provided to the
Demand Planning Manager ahead of the Demand Review
Meeting (DRM) meeting.
●Set KPIs to measure both the business process compliance and
well as IT system performance
●Ensure that a continuous improvement plan is in place to
improve data quality, completeness and timeliness
●Build compliance type measures to track success
