About the Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing UKOnline Programme Management (OPM) team to Direct, Manage, coach and support Enrolment Advisors to achieve their personal Recruitment targets.

Pearson are the world’s largest and most successful provider ofOPM services and, here in the UK, we have built an experienced in-house team with all of theprofessional and technical skills needed to grow and support high-quality distance learningofferings with our University Partners. This includes in-house expertise in research, marketing, recruitment, and studentsupport.

Qualifications

About you

  • Excellent IT skills including using Office Suite
  • Good data management and analytics skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), networking and influencing externally and internally (in particular to work effectively with colleagues in Pearson across different sites and within a matrix structure)
  • Relationship building: in particular, with customers, employers, professional bodies, commercial partners, government agencies and within Pearson
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience using SalesForce or other CRM’s
  • Sales, B2C and Management experience in a consultative service environment
  • Knowledge of the UK HE sector
  • Leadership, people management team building skills (including virtual team building skills)
  • Creative thinking and customer empathy
