LSE is the world’s leading social science institution, which attracts students from all over the world. The Financial Support Office, based in the Student Services Centre, is responsible for the administration and awarding of scholarships, bursaries, studentships and student prizes to LSE undergraduate and postgraduate students.
We are looking for an outstanding administrator and communicator, experienced in providing a high level of customer service. You will take operational responsibility for a range of scholarships, bursaries, specific award schemes and hardship funds, and provide advice to applicants, students and staff on a variety of financial support matters.
You will be joining another Senior Assistant in a dynamic team, where the work is busy and teamwork is essential. You should be able to work efficiently and accurately while balancing a varied workload. It is essential that you have previous experience of working in a demanding customer service environment.
