You will join our Health & Disability Digital team. We are transforming Health services in DWP.

Our vision is to offer a service which enables people with a health condition or disability to get the help and support they need regardless of what the specific benefit or benefits they are entitled to are.

You'll also be part of the biggest community of BA's in government, influencing how government works now and in future. You will improve the capability of BAs in DWP, sharing your knowledge and experience by delivering development programmes and identifying L&D opportunities whilst also helping with recruitment.

You will be given the opportunity to continue to grow your management capabilities through managing a team of BAs, including line management responsibilities, as well as managing relationships with senior stakeholders.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?    

• Leading business analysis activities within complex projects/environments.
• Using a wide range of tools and techniques to identify improvements and make recommendations.
• Working collaboratively within an agile environment to deliver the best outcomes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Supporting colleagues to take responsibility for their own learning and development.

In return for your skills, we offer a competitive salary of up to £59,589

You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth over 27%.
