As a Senior Business Analyst you will utilise your expertise in business analysis to ensure the needs of Virgin Money are met in a creative manner through appropriate business change solutions, based on your knowledge of best practice, experience and collaboration with our colleagues.
We’ll ask you to lead the delivery of required business outcomes to time, cost and quality by working with the project and business stakeholders to define business goals, objectives and requirements for one or more business change projects. As a senior member of the team we’d also love you to get involved in coaching and mentoring other Business Analysts and assisting the Business Analyst Managers to create a learning culture.
To succeed you’ll have significant experience as a Business Analyst with a successful track record of delivering quality artefacts on budget and on time. With a sound understanding of business analysis techniques and change methodologies, you’ll apply your knowledge to elicit and define business requirements, user stories, process documentation and re-engineering. It’s great if you have experience of Agile methodology within financial services but it’s not essential so we’d still love to hear from you.
