As a Senior Casework Advisor, you will be an integral part of a busy HR complex casework team, working closely with the rest of the team.
Provide HR advice and guidance to line managers on a wide range of complex people issues, including absence management, long term sick cases and performance management, as well as resolving workplace disputes/grievances, and managing Employment Tribunal claims.
Maintaining case logs, ensuring the quality, secure handling and dissemination of data/information, maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity and a duty of care in line with NCA policy.
Production of regular Management Information and discussion/implementation of Lessons Learned meetings/processes.
Drafting reports and/or briefings on various casework issues to senior managers.
Line manage /coach casework advisor(s) where appropriate.
This is a part-time role where we will need the successful candidate to work a minimum of 21 hours per week. There is a maximum weekly limit of 25 hours a week.
