We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Senior Challenge Events Programme Manager to join our high performing team and maximise income from a programme of bespoke Hiking Events.
This role will be responsible for managing a small team with a big budget and even bigger ambition. You will also be responsible for the marketing and project management of the delivery of a portfolio of events. Your contribution will drive income against ambitious targets and deliver the best supporter experience in the industry.
We’re looking for a strong results-focussed individual with experience in the charity challenge events sector. Your relationship management and experience in project management will be central to your success in identifying and driving the best opportunities to grow income and develop our flagship Mighty Hike series.
You will be required to lead on large cross team projects to drive change and improvement. A real proactive ‘can-do’ approach will see you represent the Challenge Events with internal stake holders who support our team. Strong analysis skills are essential as you support Team Managers in delivering our strategy and maximise growth by looking for new events and innovation opportunities within the sector.

This role involves attendance at a number of UK events that take place at the weekend. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
