Senior Partnership Development Manager 
Fixed Term (12 months - Covering Sabbatical)
£40,000 - £45,000 + car/car allowance + benefits
Home based with extensive travel

Location: Home Based – Requires regular travel to the London office

It is a growing and ambitious team that is looking to be led by a proven partnership specialist who leads with a collaborative, positive and ambitious approach.

This role will lead the Regional Corporate Partnership team of 5 Corporate Partnership Managers - and a Partnership Officer to deliver and develop a portfolio of corporate partnerships that have shared values with Macmillan. The Regional Account Management team manage partnerships from £50,000 to £250k and maximise the links across regional team networks. These partnerships are often grassroots partnerships that have been won and cultivated via the Regional New Business team.

You will lead the Regional Corporate Account Management Team to deliver a continued step change in fundraised income over the medium to long term from a growing portfolio of corporate and groups and association partnerships.

Through strong leadership and proven technical expertise of medium to large partnerships, you will ensure partnerships in the portfolio are developed and delivered in line with their potential value and growth opportunities. You will work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and be a conduit between our regional and national teams. You will contribute to the on-going development and implementation of our successful Regional Corporate and Groups and Associations fundraising strategies.
