Senior Customer Insight Analyst

As Senior Customer Insight Analyst, your role will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to deliver a planned pipeline of customer insight work (which covers a number of Macmillan’s audiences including people living with cancer, our supporters/donors, and our volunteers). As an integral part of our Evidence & Insight team, you’ll adopt a strategic perspective in understanding requirements and will always be looking to enhance customer understanding and application of that insight across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in the Research & Insight industry. Working within a highly successful and ambitious team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills further working alongside a number of Macmillan directorates: Fundraising Marketing and Communications; Policy and Impact; Cancer Support Operations; and Strategy and Performance.

We are looking for individuals with a strong track record demonstrating a solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research, the effective communication of findings to a variety of audiences, and having managed research projects from brief to delivery. Your skills in this space will be complemented by the ability to both influence and manage the expectations of a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
