Working with the Senior Evidence Manager – Evaluation and Impact, your work will be fundamental for ensuring that the right knowledge and evidence is generated to make further strategic decisions about effective programming. Influencing, building and maintaining strong relationships across Macmillan is central to the role as well as supporting and coaching a strong team to grow and develop further.
We are looking for a talented individual with a broad set of skills, including technical evaluation expertise as well as exceptional networking and relationship management skills. You will need to be creative and flexible in your approach to evaluation as well as deliver quality evaluations to expected deadlines.
