The Role

St Andrews HR Shared Services team are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to coordinate the day to day activities relating to starters, leavers, lifecycle changes and statutory checks in relation to DBS, right to work, professional memberships.  You will lead a small group of administrators and ensure that volumes are managed effectively and act as an escalation point for the team in relation to any system, capacity or process issues.  The team use SAP HR ERP solution to maintain employee records but also administer various processes outside of SAP therefore strong experience of word, excel and managing workloads on a shared drive is desirable.   

The role has particular importance in delivering a positive employee experience and forging strong relationships with our stakeholders to instil confidence in service delivery and is part of the wider HR Shared Services team.

This is an excellent role to build some great experience with the potential to move into other roles within HR Shared Services or the wider Charity, should the opportunity arise.

Your experience

You will bring experience of working in a high volume HR administration environment and the ability to support a small team and “trouble shoot” issues in process delivery whilst ensuring a day to day control of output. A high degree of accuracy and customer service is essential and previous exposure to a complex HR system and multiple roles & terms and conditions are advantageous.
