As a Senior HR Adviser focusing on change, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support for a variety of change projects with a strong emphasis on planning of multi-faceted change programmes and complex employee relations.

Job Description

You will be an excellent communicator with a hands on approach to delivering a first class service to our internal HR teams and customers, with experience of hitting the ground running to make an impact in a short space of time. This is a real opportunity to develop your HR skills and gain exposure to all aspects of the business as well as being a key member of the HR Change Team.

Typical duties will include:

Work with and influence HR Business Partners to ensure consistent implementation of HR change procedures and projects across the business
Be a change expert and point of escalation for the HR Business Partnering and advisory teams
Advise on complex change-related employee relations cases
