One of the key achievements of the project was to deliver an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and undergo certification with the ISO 27001 standard, which we are now compliant with. We now want to introduce and embed best practice IT Security controls across our technology estate.
Consequently, we are seeking an experienced, committed and energetic Senior IT Security Analyst to plan, monitor and conduct security measures to ensure that Macmillan’s information networks and systems are appropriately protected. As an IT security SME you will be responsible for providing specialist support and advice on Information and IT Security to key stakeholders across Macmillan.
The successful applicant will be highly technical, and have an industry recognised Information Security qualifications used within an ISO 27001, PCI DSS and CIS Controls operations environment (e.g. CISSP; CISA; CISM).
Reporting to the Head of Information Security, the role will involve working closely with colleagues in the Technology, Information Governance and Risk & Compliance teams.
You have an engaging style, strong work ethic, are task focused, conscientious and able to communicate comfortably at all levels with people of varying technical ability. You have a passion for IT Security and a positive can-do attitude.
