As a Senior Product Manager you will work with the team to articulate the vision and strategy and support teams to shape and deliver one of our key services, Access to Work. You will work with other Product Managers, Service Designers and Delivery Managers to jointly drive forward our thinking and deliver value to our users influencing stakeholders across the department and providing leadership and direction to our product teams.

The Core Purposes of your role will be:

• Setting the Product Vision- Form the vision for products and engage with teams and stakeholders in the development of that vision over time.

• Product Management- Define the minimum viable product and work with the product teams to agree candidates for release, defining delivery plans and communicating progress to the wider business as appropriate.

• Lifecycle Management- Maintain and iterate a product over time to continuously meet user needs.

• Managing product backlogs- Create the list of backlog items and prioritise them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.

• Make sure we're always user-focused- Act as the voice of the business and the users during development and stabilisation.

• Agile - Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment and utilises an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
