Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Planning Manager to join our team to deliver a range of cross team projects across our Response Marketing Department.

The Role
The planning team support the work of our fundraising and service marketing teams. This role will take responsibility for response marketing communication and journey planning as well as department level evaluation.

You will work closely with our fundraisers and service marketing teams to improve our process for managing communications with our audiences. You will line manage two marketing planners and an email manager. Your team will work together to ensure we have journeys in place that maximise impact and income while delivering excellent customer experience. 

You will also work closely with our insight teams to ensure we put audience understanding and direct response metrics at the heart of our planning. You will also lead the Email Marketing team, ensuring they deliver best practice marketing and email strategy.

The Person
Ideally you will have experience of working with direct and digital marketing and will be able to think strategically across a wide portfolio of projects, products and audiences. You will be very comfortable working with data and your analytical skills will help you identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. 

A degree or equivalent experience and excellent project management are needed as well as versatility to take on the challenge of working on a diverse and always changing set of projects with multiple stakeholders.
