Where does this role fit in?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Strategist who thinks up-stream, gets excited about solving client’s business problems, is passionate about brands, makes the complicated simple and believes in big ideas first rather than channel-based solutions.

You’ll have the chance to work with big brands such as Whitbread, Co-op, Dixons and many more. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and nurture the young minds we work with in the strategy team & beyond.

Working closely with account teams and the client, you will have the opportunity to drive the agenda and shape the strategy, get involved in analyzing data, campaign planning and initiate and push new brand positionings – this is a role you can really make your own.

What can you bring to the table?

  • You must have a love for brand ideas and integrated communications across all channels, including digital, TV and new technologies
  • You have strong agency experience; working on integrated, brand and digital strategies.
  • You ideally have experience within the FMCG, retail & hospitality sectors
  • You have a proven track record of enabling industry leading creative to your client’s problems
  • You have strong senior client exposure as well as responsibility and influence.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications and persuasion skills.
  • You have proven abilities with analytical and logical thinking.
  • You have excellent creative inspiration, evaluation and development skills.
  • You have an appreciation of analytics and the ability to discover insights from data analysis.
  • You have brand and comms planning experience.
  • You have an eye for detail to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard.
  • You will have second-to-none project management and organisational skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
