We're looking for a talented Senior Technical Architect to support the architecture design, rollout and exploitation of Microsoft 365 capabilities for DWP staff, working within our Technology Services team.

Technology Service' is the foundation on which DWP's digital services are built and operate. We deliver secure, effective and cost-efficient digital infrastructure services and to run live IT operations that support DWP business objectives. We put users and quality of service at the heart of everything we do.

In this role you will work closely with a product owner to help develop product roadmaps for DWP's Microsoft 365 technology. You will have accountability for the product architecture.
In particular, you'll need proven expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies and have a detailed in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online or Teams.
You will also play a role in the larger DWP Digital team working with colleagues across the DWP Digital Workplace and Architecture community to ensure best practice solutions which deliver a consistent experience for our users.
You'll work on O365 rollouts that will provide our people with the modern productivity tools they need to work better, support our users, and more easily collaborate and communicate with their colleagues. You'll put tools into the hands of our people that will help deliver better services to our customers, including some of the most vulnerable in our society.
