You'll use your senior level experience and expertise as a Test Engineer to make sure that the products and services we're building really work for the people that need them. And you'll help transform how we work, by finding new ways to adapt testing processes and help others embrace new ways of working.

You'll be based in our London hub, working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.

You'll have an integral role designing and building test solutions that deliver a quality service to our agents and our users, a group that included some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

You will need excellent attention to detail, and a real commitment to quality. We're looking for someone who believe in the benefits of faster feedback when managing a well-assured service, and who is a good collaborator and communicator as well as great tester.

You'll add your expert voice to our thriving Test community. You'll have license to challenge current processes and find ways to make things better, whether identifying tooling that will drive innovation or pressing for constant improvement of testing and products.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

• Experience of working in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment, delivering products within specific time-scales and engaging with multiple senior stakeholders
• Agile Methodologies - with experience of BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development) processes and an understanding of the key principles to develop a modern standards approach to testing.
• Experience in the development and maintenance of automated test suites and tools including Java, Selenium v3.14.1+, Cucumber, MongoDB.
• Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery - Methodology and tools (Jenkins, Git).
• An understanding of the following test phases and standards associated to Performance Test, Accessibility Test, Security Test and Compatibility Test.
• Test team leadership within an agile, multi-disciplinary team.
