We’re looking for somebody with these key skills:
Workforce planning experience and a fundamental knowledge of financial budget planning and monitoring
Strong data visualisation skills and experience of Microsoft PowerBI
Strong business partnering and consultancy skills
Strong analysis skills
Experience with blending multiple data sources
Excellent project management skills
Impactful communication skills to consult and influence key stakeholders
Close attention to detail
Autonomous working to tight deadlines
A solutions focus with a passion for solving problems
Curious to analyse and investigate people data and identify relationships that will improve our ways of working and drive high performance
This is an exciting time to be joining us and in your first six months you will:
You’ll be analysing people data to make a real difference at an organisational level by ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, to achieve our ambition to be the best registry in the world and deliver our transformation programme.
You’ll have a unique opportunity to plan for our future, by using your analytical skills and a variety of data tools, programmes and sources. You’ll also produce predictive and prescriptive analysis that identifies areas of interest, encourages curiosity and discussion, and creates cultural shift.
As well as playing a key role in shaping our workforce, you’ll be responsive to customer needs and requirements with regularly provided reports and insight. You’ll be comfortable engaging widely with stakeholders and customers to produce value-adding products. You will work with autonomy and be encouraged to be adaptable, bold and curious and challenge the status quo to ensure we continue to improve the value we’re adding to the organisation.
