Senior Social Media Manager & Community Manager - 12 month FTC

We’re currently recruiting for maternity cover for our Senior Social Media & Community Manager to join our Group Marketing team here at Nestlé. The successful candidate will lead the Social Media & Community Management team, be responsible for overseeing management of social media channels, developing and implementing cohesive and cutting edge social strategies for our brands, as well as being an expert on paid, owned and earned social media and content.
A day in the life of a Senior Social Media and Community Manager
You’ll have experience of managing a team and working within a multi-matrix organisation. Your team will work across several categories (Beverage, Food, Dairy, Infant Nutrition, Cereal Partners, Waters, Nestle Professional) championing their brands, delivering exciting and engaging strategies and campaigns across all key social platforms.

You will be a social media expert and forward thinking in exploring new ways of working. You’ll have 2 years or more proven experience in a similar role whether that be within an agency or in-house. You’ll thrive when working with complex stakeholder groups across all levels coupled with your ability to truly understand our businesses from a commercial standpoint.
