Sports & Skills Resource Coordinator42.5 hours per week
Working for Pearson TQ in the Sports & Skills Department at The Army Foundation College (Harrogate) AFC (H).
Responsible to: Sports & Skills Manager
The S&S Resource Coordinator is responsible for all sports and skills equipment held by Pearson TQ. The upkeep maintenance of this equipment to include procuring new equipment from suppliers. Deputise for the S&S manager where required and work two evenings per week. Assist and support the S&S Manager with the administration of providing sports events on six Saturday’s each year. Assist and support the S&S Manager with three selection presentations each year.
Management of Sports & Skills Equipment
Maintenance of Sports & Skills Equipment
Maintain compliance of Specialist Equipment
Mountain and road bike maintenance (On successful completion of course)
Producing Registers and Servicing Schedules
Book facilities on and off site
Procure equipment and tools within a budget
Assist with Selection evenings
Assist with Voluntary Services
