Staffing Assistant / Workchoice Assistant- Band 3
Salary: £16,231 - £19,977 (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits
Working on a rota covering 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, plus 8am-1pm on Saturday and Sunday (2 weekends in 9)

Four key things to know about this role
  1. You’ll be working closely with our customers to deliver a service that meets the staffing requirements of our outstanding Clinical Pathways across all the Charity’s sites.
  2. Customer engagement is at the heart of the remit. You will be determined and motivated to deliver our challenging staffing targets of 18,000 flexible shifts per month.
  3. This is an important role within the organisation. Our staffing is critical to the effective and safe operation of our clinical services. You will support the delivery of the most cost effective flexible staffing cover.
  4. Central to achieving these goals is the development of relationships with managers, ward staff and our flexible workforce.
