his is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Account Director to join our sales team.

Job Description

You will be responsible for some of our most high profile, strategic clients who will have complex solutions and requirements. You will deliver exceptional customer service that demonstrates value to the customer and ultimately growth to our business. Your existing base of clients will focus on Large Law Firms within the UK and you will have the opportunity to cross sell a number of additional products and services to ensure our customers benefit from our combined solution offering.Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience: 
 

  • Experience and success of working in a Strategic Account Management role
  • Strategic partnering, network building and client management
  • High level C Suite negotiation skills and opportunity creation leading to solution delivery
  • Experience of managing high value portfolios of clients and services
  • Proven success at retention, up selling and cross selling for complex, online / software products
  • Experience and success of managing complex, high level client relationships
  • Knowledge & Experience of legal industry & market network
  • Graduate Level Education

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Thomson Reuters products and services
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment
