Role Overview: As a Managing Associate in our Structured Finance Team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of structured finance matters. You will be responsible for managing complex transactions, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks..

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing structured finance transactions, including securitizations, asset-backed securities, and derivatives.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on complex financial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating legal documentation, and overseeing the closing of transactions.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including lawyers, analysts, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in structured finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing complex structured finance transactions from start to finish.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
