Our University Partnerships Department partners with leading Australian Universities and assists them to acquire and retain students for online programs that deliver scale and accessibility through a flexible and highly desirable student experience.

We have an opportunity for an engaging and customer focused professional to join the team in a Student Success Advisor role. You will play a key role in the students learning experience and join a team of results-driven professionals in achieving ongoing enrolment targets for courses on behalf of our University Partners.

You will apply your proven customer service and coaching skills to identify the needs, interests and motivations of students to provide dedicated guidance and support as they begin their qualification; co-ordinate student progression during course programme and assist with application/enrolment process for ongoing further study by managing the students experience from enrolment through to graduation.

Qualifications

  • Solid sales experience in an outbound call centre environment
  • General knowledge of Higher Education and/or university admissions environment (preferable)
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of a high performing team
  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on listening, influencing and the ability to value add
  • Customer focussed with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & problem solving skills
