Support Worker - Supported Living Service - Newark

Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £16,258 – £18,483 pa

Closing Date: Monday 31 July 2017

25-30 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Support Workers to join Nottingham Community Housing Association, a leading provider of housing, support and care.

 

NCHA are opening a new supported living service in Newark for three young gentlemen who have a learning disability and autism.

 

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable people to live as independently as possible, to exercise choice and control over their lives, and to take an active role within their local community.
