Join us as our Supporter Care Officer and lead on providing excellent and efficient supporter care to our amazing donors.
Reporting to the Supporter Fundraising Manager you’ll focus on providing significant administrative support across the Supporter Fundraising team which includes Individual Giving, Merchandise, Legacy, Community and Challenge Events. You will review and develop processes to ensure that the organisation is operating efficiently and produce detailed analysis of our fundraising campaigns ensuring that there is a return on investment.
We’re committed to giving our supporters the best experience possible, and you’ll be a key part of delivering on our promises by processing and acknowledging both online and offline supporter donations and gifts, monitoring fulfilment and providing quick accurate reporting and responses.
This 6-month fixed term role is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop and broaden their fundraiser skillset and experience within a fast moving and rewarding organisation which involves ample cross departmental collaboration where you will be responsible for taking the lead on agreed-upon projects. You will work closely with the Finance team to ensure that all donations and trading income is accurately logged and reconciled on the CRM, you must therefore have an unwavering eye for detail and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time without compromising quality.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in fundraising across a range of channels which will include data and campaign reporting and demonstrate strong time management, organisational skills and an understanding of the principles of supporter care. Excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with donors, colleagues and suppliers.
