Located in the heart of central London, LSE is one of the world’s leading universities. This role is based in the Estates Division, which manages LSE’s central London campus and halls of residence. Working as a member of the Sustainability Team, the post holder will manage LSE’s waste, achieving excellent operational delivery whilst improving environmental performance, as well as leading sustainable procurement initiatives, and working on a range of other initiatives to deliver LSE’s Environmental Sustainability Policy.
Candidates should have experience of delivering waste management services, experience of working in an environmental role, and experience or knowledge of sustainable procurement practices. Understanding of the higher education sector is desirable.
