This Systems Support Analyst is primarily responsible for all aspects of designing, analyzing, configuring and supporting a highly available, production level Internet hosting environment. This position will also be responsible for general systems and network administration duties as assigned. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Recognizes when a decision is needed for problem solving, analyzes the situation and makes independent recommendations and decisions.
