Committed and enthusiastic, your proven organisational skills will be pivotal to your delivery of a flexible, high quality admin service in a busy, varied and customer-facing role. You will use them to support the smooth and efficient operation of the office in Northern Ireland’s day to day business - from reception services to office facilities and the daily routine of filing, typing, handling enquiries, and managing records.

You’ll also assist in the administration of courses and events across Northern Ireland, manage diaries and organise meetings, travel and accommodation.

Able to turn your hand to anything, you are happiest when making a proactive and positive contribution within a team and customer service environment. Your application must also evidence good MS Office skills and experience of working with databases, system and organising events.

In return for helping us to do even more to support people living with cancer in Northern Ireland, we commit to actively developing you in this role.
