We are looking for a part-time team coordinator with enthusiasm, excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail to support the Quality & Impact Division.
You will deliver high quality, efficient, customer focused administration support. Day-to-day you will support the Heads of Innovation, Standards Improvement & Compliance and Impact and their teams.
As well as working with initiative you will develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assist with working groups as well as, managing diaries, booking meetings and travel.
Experience of working with home workers is desirable and there will be a requirement to attend meetings in locations across the country.
Keen to make a positive contribution, your commitment and ability to communicate effectively at all levels across Macmillan will ensure your success.
Your work will be vital so excellent office administration and MS Office skills are a must. With a varied workload you’ll use your organisation skills to plan your time effectively, meet deadlines and maintain quality.
