Location of the role
We recruit graduates into various base locations across the UK with our main hubs for technical graduates being; Birmingham, Bristol, Chelmsford, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Gloucester, Manchester, Reading, South Wales and Surrey. Occasionally we may have roles based in London. As CGI is a consultancy, your projects could be based from other locations asides from your base location, and you should therefore be prepared for travel in your role. Different business units also operate from different locations and so we would encourage you to think about how flexible you can be.
You will need to demonstrate a real interest and passion for technology. Our technical graduates will usually have studied for a computer science or STEM related degree however we welcome people from all degree backgrounds as long as you have an interest in the industry.
Depending on which business unit you would like to join, we will consider students with a minimum 2:2. Some business units seek graduates with a minimum 2:1.
